Greenmeadows Kindergarten offers a kaupapa of creating a healthy, peaceful, sustainable world with teachers, children and whānau teaching and learning together.
Our beautiful outdoor environment provides opportunities for children to challenge themselves on a range of equipment and to find calm spaces where they can enjoy interacting with others. Indoors, children are able to access equipment that extends their skills and interests in a wide range of learning spaces.
Children are supported by teachers who believe that children are competent and confident learners and communicators, healthy in mind, body and spirit, secure in their sense of belonging and in the knowledge that they make a valued contribution to society.

Greenmeadows Kindergarten Philosophy
– Our collective whāriki -
Nau mai, haere mai,
We are a nurturing and welcoming community of learners where tamariki, whānau, and kaiako feel valued, respected, and connected. We build strong partnerships with whānau so that together we can support tamariki to develop confidence, curiosity, resilience, and a positive sense of themselves as capable learners.
Our rituals and rhythms are culturally responsive, intentional, and grounded in care. Through consistent practices, respectful relationships, and meaningful everyday moments, we tautoko the wellbeing of our tamariki, whānau and kaiako.
We recognise our responsibility as kaitiaki of the land, caring for and protecting it on behalf of future generations. Through everyday actions, tamariki learn to respect Papatūānuku, value the natural world, and understand their role in keeping our environment healthy and thriving
