Welcome to
Haumoana Kindergarten

Nau Mai Haere Mai.

We warmly welcome you to our small rural learning haven providing a kindergarten experience for children from the blended communities of Haumoana, Te Awanga, Clive and Tukituki. We are situated on an idyllic site with a stunning backdrop of vineyards, sea views and inland views of the ranges.

Our kindergarten’s uniqueness reflects our combined families’ friendly, relaxed lifestyles and our affinity with the natural world is evident in our environment.  As you step into our kindergarten you will experience the feeling of calmness we are known for and a place where children easily feel a sense of belonging. Children are nurtured to learn and develop with and alongside each other through play. The teachers share respectful relationships with parents about children’s learning journeys together ensuring each child’s time at kindergarten is full of many memorable moments. Children move on to various schools after kindergarten including Haumoana, Clive and occasionally others further afield.
